On this episode your co-host Dr. Joe Hamlett and Dr. Dave Peltz discuss the topic Sweating The Small Stuff. Often times when we are faced with certain situations, we immediately begin sweating the small stuff without taking the time to evaluate the situation. What we recommend is that you take the appropriate time to evaluate the situation so that you can take the appropriate actions. This may also require that you incorporate others so that you have the most information available to make an informed decision. This applies to being aware of situations that may not appear to be a big deal but should be considered. Like many of the discussions we have on the podcast in addition to evaluating the situations, it may require gathering data, which in many cases may be reaching out to your network or peer group for relevant information. This will require trust and respect of others to accomplish this portion of the task. The bottom line is that you take the appropriate time to determine whether or not you should be sweating the small stuff.
